Getting Licensed
Did you know that over 300 operators have changed their Radio Enthusiast “HS” callsign to a real Ham call sign since we started HamSphere.
HamSphere has the ambition to convey the Amateur Radio spirit and help operators to get their ticket.
I just read on 26HS3919 Darrens Blog that he is planning on getting licensed and that the local Radio Club can help him out. Great stuff!

If you are interested in becoming a licensed Ham Radio operators there is always a Ham Radio club in your vicinity that can help you out.

Support Ticket system
Good morning!
In order to improve the HamSphere support I have been looking for an open source help desk system. I tried the OS-ticket, which installs well, but it feels far too complicated.
I am currently wading through the http://www.opensourcehelpdesklist.com/ to see if I can find something useful. I am of course willing to go for a commercial system, but they are all heavy weight system with tonnes of gadgets and functionalities. We don’t need that. We just need a simple support tracking system for HamSphere. If anyone knows about such system, please let me know.
